To Do:
- Prep for next Research Roundtable on October 16th.
- Can share anything new you’ve learned from any of your other courses, workplace experiences, etc.
- Create new Google doc in the folder above to brainstorm ideas.
- Create a slide for your presentation. Can work on between now and next week.
- Try to talk about something very specific and vivid that will capture the imaginations of your classmates (and instructor!).
- Peer Review Climate Perceptions & Perspectives Essay (with integrated sources). Drafts posted here. Groups posted here.
- Read the other papers in your group; use comments feature to indicate how each paper is addressing the expectations of the assignment as well as expectations that still need to be addressed. Pay special attention to integration and documentation of sources. Please be as specific as possible in your comments!
- Write your own “climate narrative” in your Reflective Journal. This can be any personal story in which climate plays a role (as discussed in the article on “Climate and Narrative: Environmental Knowledge in Everyday Life.” ) This might an anecdote you can incorporate in your paper (perhaps in the intro, returning to it again in the conclusion in a way that now incorporates what you wrote about in the essay.

- Polished, Fully Cited, Portfolio-Ready 5-6 Page Draft of Essay #2
- Keep working in this folder.
- Be sure to have in text parenthetical citations (Author Last Name and Page #) for any material in your essay that is directly quoted or paraphrased from another source as well as a Works Cited for all articles.
