English 102 is a three-unit, elective course that prepares students for college level research and writing in English 103. It is the first half of our two-semester Stretch Composition Sequence. Students who complete ENGL 102 enroll in the corresponding section of ENGL 103 in the second semester, with the same instructor, classmates, and class meeting day and time.
ENGL 102.23 meets on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 till 11:50am. Our classroom is Bell Tower 1688. Attendance is mandatory. Failure to attend class regularly will prevent students from completing the class successfully.
Students should bring laptops to each class meeting. Laptops may be checked out from the circulation desk at Broome Library.
