    •  Element #5 #Failure Rough Cut. Work in this folder.
        • Upload individual video interviews to your group folder. Interviews must be completed before class next week!
        • Revise a doc in the folder mapping out a plan for what you will include in final cut.
        • Your video will include anecdotes about the value of failure from 8-12 people from different fields/disciplines who are in various stages in their academic or professional careers. You will splice together your interview footage with other relevant footage of your own creation to create a video that is cohesive, thought-provoking, engaging, and hopefully at least somewhat humorous or light-hearted.
        • Target length of final cut of video is 4 minutes.

Before Next Class

  • Prepare
    • Course Element #5 #Failure Final Cut & Handout. Post to Youtube and include link on handout. Be sure to include captions to describe interviewees (name profession) and credits (first name only okay).
      • Handout should showcase the most interesting features of your video and include profiles of your interviewees. Be sure to highlight the takeaways from your project.
